I am sorry your parcel has not yet arrived but during a pandemic sending items from the UK to USA can take longer; in this case 10 days.
Your parcel was dispatched the day after purchase and has arrived in the destination country, so it should be with you shortly.

I am sorry you have given us a 1 star review as the wrap has not arrived with you yet. It has taken a little longer (10 days) to arrive in the US due to the current global pandemic.
