Thank you for the feedback, I am sorry that you felt this was a 1 star service for your move to London from Cambridge including a full packing service where we packed between 50-70 boxes for you. I can only apologise about the bath Mat, this does not sound like something we do, and is not what my experience BAR trained staff are taught to do whilst packing and i have spoken to both guys this morning and they do not recall doing this, but please accept my apology as you found the item in the box.
With regards to the speakers , We use transit blankets to protect items of furniture, and they are cleaned regularly at the depot as they complete many uses during a year, so we treat them with care as they are the tools of our trade. When the packer spread the blanket on the floor did you mention anything to him? i am assuming when you say floor you mean the floor inside your property? or the back of the swept out vehicle?
The Boys have told me that they had to use the power tools because they could not unscrew them with a screwdriver, due to when they were put together so this problem seems to have occurred prior to us dismantling the bed.
Once again sorry that you felt this was a 1 star service, we would love all of our customers to be happy with the service we provide but understand that we can not please everybody.
