Regarding the surcharge after 3pm this is for any day of the week not just fridays, and is only for Waiting Time, so its all down to when you get the keys.  This was on the original quotation we sent out, and its only if we are sitting waiting for keys, to the new property, this is not charged during the unloading process.  

This charge covers the overtime for the staff whilst sitting waiting for the solicitors / banks to complete the transfer.    sorry that you feel this was hidden, but its on the front page of the quotation and also the terms and conditions. 

I hope this would not put you off Better Removals in the future, as most companies charge for this.
