Should customers experience any issues with items purchased, customers are able to contact our customer service team via the 'contact us' page on our website. For any issues with orders reported to us, we do investigate this fully for customers, depending on the issue reported we may be required to contact internal teams, couriers or suppliers.
For online orders we do advise customers of an estimated lead time at the checkout when placing an order with us. Depending on the products purchased and where this is being send to, we do have a range of couriers to deliver items. For products marked as 'online only' on the website, these products are sent directly from our suppliers for customers. We do provide further information for customers regarding deliveries on our 'delivery page' on the website also.
We aim to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible for customers and provide an excellent service for customers.
