Should customers experience any issues with online orders, customers are able to contact us via our 'contact us' page on the website where our customer service team can assist further for customers. For online orders and returns, we do have a returns page available on the website for customers, outlining the returns policy. We do offer customers the option to return goods to us within 30 days of receipt, so long as items are in resalable condition. However due to the nature of some of the products we do sell for certain building materials, we are unable to accept certain products for returns. This is stated on our returns page and does not affect customer consumer rights.
