For the delivery ETA provided on customer orders this is an estimated time of delivery, and we aim to deliver orders in this time frame. Dependent on the items being ordered and where these are being sent from if there are any changes in delivery times unexpectedly we do advise customers as soon as we are informed with the couriers provided. That reads as if it came from a standard formalised response . No explanation how the wrong items were packed or an appreciation of the time and trouble this failed delivery , or these responses required

No complaint about the service, the tool was la lot cheaper than expected and was delivered quickly but it doesn't seem to work too well with RG58 BNC crimp connectors as it claims to.
