I only ordered a free sample of paint which was delivered by Royal Mail First Class a day later than stated. Personally, I wouldn't use Royal Mail for anything after the fiasco of the Post Office scan

Thanks Charlotte. The delivery lead time was clearly indicated at check out and the reason I bought it through Builder Depot. It was meant to be delivered on a Thursday and the product was delivered on a Tuesday of the following week.
