In relation to the delayed delivery of your custom-made U-shaped tree bench, we understand we under-estimated the pre-advised delivery time by approximately 2 weeks. This delay was due to the late departure of the cargo ship from the port near our factory in Indonesia. In relation to your reference to an 'interest free loan', this is the 50% deposit which we believe, always reasonably request, when a customer orders a relatively high-value custom-made product. Such bespoke products are designed by us in the UK to be manufactured at our Indonesian factory. It is then shipped to our showroom in Hampshire, un-packed, assembled, quality inspected, re-packaged and subsequently delivered directly by our own delivery service. We are glad you find the quality of your tree bench is to your satisfaction and very much appreciate your 5 star product rating.
