Very poor. Just no customer service whatsoever. Treated like I just didn’t matter. Didn’t even have keys ready for me on moving in. Just appalling.

It's hard to really rate an estate agent until you move out, but so far - the whole offer process, move in & inventory, and the property management have been great.
