I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. Stop rent versus pick up is a confusion that many customers have. If you have a 24 hour rental and it starts at 9am. The machine comes off rent at 9am the next day. It does not mean the branch will pick up the machine at 9am. It is only a rent stop time. The branches prioritize the deliveries and repairs. Pickups are done when they have an available truck. Some customers do request a specific pick up time but it does come at an additional cost. Most customers don't mind having the machine for an extra day for free.

Thomas, You rented a 4x4 40' straight boom. Working in the rain is not fun but I don't understand how the rain makes us have bad service. I looked at your contract and I don't see any notes about weather. To all future customers - We do not give rain credits. Unfortunately it is like renting a car. We have to charge you while you have the machine rain or shine.
