Haren, You are correct. This machine had hydraulic issues. It is unfortunate but it does happen. I am glad we got you a full refund. I hope you try us again. I would like a chance to show you this was one bad machine not a bad company.

We apologize you had difficulty using the machine during your rental period. However, by accepting the rental, we assume you are well versed with the equipment and we do not offer onsite training when the lift is delivered. Each unit comes with an owners manual that explains the machine's basic functions and charging procedures. For future reference, most of our vendors offer training courses and we would be more than happy to help you setup a class.
