Great service and understood my requirements. No issues with delivery etc. Its not every day you purchase a piano so I wanted a name I could trust. Ps the youtube videos are very helpful

Very helpful staff at epianos when my delivery got caught up with Christmas backlog at the carriers. Communication was brilliant, and very happy now the piano has arrived.

Hi there, It is really saddening to receive a 1 star review as we really do try so hard to keep all of our customers happy, as I am sure you will have seen in all of our other reviews. We do not have the facility to send out such small items by courier; they would cost us more than the dust cover itself to send out. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes have been out of our control. We have had no other issues with continuing to use Royal Mail around their strikes, and especially as you had ordered early in the month we didn't see the strikes having such an impact on your order. The post is collected from us by Royal Mail each day, and all of our other post seems to have arrived ok to customers. I am just sorry that yours had clearly become caught up in this. It does state on our Delivery terms on our site that we use Royal Mail 2nd Class to post out smaller items. We posted out your dust cover to you on the same day as your order was received. I do agree that an email to let you know it had been dispatched would have been helpful and I will pass this on to my team to see if we can introduce this. I completely understand your frustration, and I hope that it did arrive in time to you before Christmas? If possible do let me know that it has now safely arrived with you. David Cooper (owner of ePianos) opened his first shop in 1995 in Banbury, Oxfordshire, as a general music retailer selling everything from saxophones to guitars and woodwind instruments. Following the success of his business, David later relocated to larger premises in 2003, where he could offer a bigger selection of instruments as well as teaching rooms. During this time, Chris Hammond came to manage the store and between David and Chris the award-winning and phenomenally successful TyrosTipsters were created, offering video guides for the then-flagship Tyros range of Yamaha keyboards. In late 2017, the decision was made to specialise in digital pianos and keyboards and so ePianos.co.uk was born. As before, the business went from strength to strength, and in winter 2018 the business relocated to even larger premises at Canada Close, a trading estate near the M40 junction for Banbury. These current premises have accommodated the expansion of stock and office space required, alongside bigger teaching rooms and better facilities for students and customers. In spite of the growth the business has enjoyed since it’s earliest days, David and his staff still feel they owe their success, quite simply, to high-quality customer service. The little things, such as getting to know their customers, guiding them to make the right purchase, providing video comparisons and product reviews – have been key to the success of ePianos, and will continue to be the focus of the business as it goes forward.
