Not easy to use

Monica is very prompt with the question i asked. She is helpful overall.

Immediate response and very detailed.and straight to the point. They make sure all my questions answered before they close the chat.

It's good and efficient. My feedback is that it's quite misleading in the SMS that Etiqa sent asking the customer to check on his or her account but the details are not there, and a request need to be
