For any completions that fall after the 15th of the month, we pay these on the 1st or 2nd day of the next month. I will also be passing your comments with regards the valuers to our Service Improvement Manager so that these points can be raised with Connells. For searches on remortgages, this is part of our policy, and whilst some lenders may not require these, we do not believe that we are the only lenders who take this stance. I have passed your details to David, your internal Business Development Manager, to give you a call and see if there is anyting we can do to help on the other cases that you have mentioned.
