We were concerned that the booking did not state that the transfers from and to the airport were included when we received the booking in our email. We rang back and this was dismissed as unimportant.

I have stayed here many times......it is a well run hotel with good and happy staff, very clean, super comfortable beds and food is fine but could do with moving up a notch to be nearer to a 5star
