I unfortunately had to cancel my tours due to the present situation. Grey Line reimbursed me promptly and without problems. I will rebook with Grey line in the future.

Very easy to do online. We actually had to reschedule a tour and they were very helpful with that as well.

Was a simple and easy transaction. The tour was rescheduled to commence an hour earlier, this change was communicated over the phone rather than a confusing email.
