If you are not going to Aquarium in Monterey, the stop there is far too long, there is not much to see. Carmel is so lovely, that 1 hour stop there is too short.

I have been contacting you via email on a regular basis for over a month now - my emails are being ignored. NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED The lack of response is unacceptable and "staff shottage" is a very poor excuse. Your service is unsatisfactory

Upon confirmation for a hotel pick up, instructions from one of our staff members should have been relayed to you by email or phone.
