This tour was heavily booked and we waited in line for approx 45 mins before boarding. It was freezing whilst waiting.

The trip was cancelled by Grayline the morning that we were supposed to leave. I have emailed 3 times requesting a refund - and I have heard nothing back.

It’s been almost a month now and I STILL haven’t been refunded for a trip that you canceled without notification and caused me further distress and expense. I really don’t want to keep revisiting this issue. Because the next time I have to reach out to Gray Line about this again, it won’t be taken lightly.
