We understand that circumstances arise from coffee lines, bathroom lines, or additional setbacks. When there is a bus with other passengers on board that returned on-time, It is not fair to penalize them by stalling a bus behind for a group that did not follow the driver-rules.
While we do not want anyone to be left behind, we also stress the importance of being on time.
