There was a city-wide event during this weekend which caused major delays for our buses to navigate through the streets of San Francisco. We do not want passengers to feel abandoned at any of the 24 stops on our route - we have added more buses to the loop and increased our frequencies. I couldn’t book through your app. I tried multiple times and received a “general error” every time. Finally had to book through the website which worked perfectly.

Not enough buses for the amount of people!! People were pushing to get on the bus because of this! We didn’t get to see all the stops. Poor experience!
