Booking the trip was very easy and the trip itself was excellent. Our guide Randy was a wealth of information. We had ample time for stops along the way to explore the areas.

not well organized at start by Union Square, staff, ignored us for a lengthy period of time, did not explain why one bus was not being loaded.
