Ordered 3 reel pouches on 1st class Royal Mail, would usually take one or two days to turn up and they still haven't arrived I ordered on the 24th of august and it's now the 4th of September..

We're sorry you've had problems receiving your order. Thank you for letting us know. We can confirm we dispatched your order on the 24th. We recommend you check with your local sorting office. Royal Mail allows ten working days before marking your order as lost in the post. So if you haven't received your order by this Thursday we will redispatch it free of charge. If you could keep us updated that'd be greatly appreciated.
