After having used Landbay for the first time, i have to be honest the service wasn't the best, there were a few errors made by different parties, which made the process more long winded than it had to, such as valuers and solicitors. However i must say, after the event they have been more than helpful! As a new lender, its sometimes tough to make sure the process is as slick as some of those bigger lenders who have had many many years of practice (and still even manage to get it wrong). However i feel service is not just measured on whether things go wrong, but how that company deals with it to rectify and wow their introducers or clients. Landbay, have been great at using this feedback to implement new processes and also ensure that my clients were happy after completion. I have been impressed by how efficient they have been since realising the issue, and have moved earth to put things right, which you wouldn't get from a bigger mortgage company as you are just considered a number, but really feel that Landbay took it personally and were able to offer a solution to get things right for next time! Which i massively admire! Look forward to using you again soon to see how things have improved!!
