A Le Boat technician was quick to come to our boat when it broke down. Unfortunately, a couple of the problems re-occurred a few hours later.

We are glad you were happy with the speed in which we responded at the time. Our local teams are contactable throughout your cruise in case you have questions or need help, but we are sorry that our cruiser did not meet your expectations. This is disappointing to hear. We have have taken steps to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future and we are in the process of inspecting and correcting any issues with the Vision.
