The jam tasted beautiful on a fruit scone with clotted. It smells lovely too. It's not solid, it's quiuite runny but on the whole I was happy with it

Way to much salt in this particular brand for my taste and that's what ye really end up with. The salt really does overwhelm the initial lemony scent.
