Tiny dining area. Dimly lit laundry. Dangerous walking and driving directly from cottage. No Scrabble game provided. (All 3 other properties had a set.

We enjoyed the cottage which was well presented and clean. What let it down was that the lounge heater did not work on the first evening and I reported it straight away. It was checked by an engineer

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to read about this issue, especially that the engineer wasn't able to attend until the Monday of your holiday and then needed to order the parts. We would have been more than happy to provide more portable heaters had we known you didn't want to use the log burner.
