All I have done to date is take out an insurance policy for my bagpipes but I was impressed with how helpful the chap was that I spoke with and how easy it was to deal with this company.

Website was not as helpful as it could be. In particular, exploring insurance options was a clumsy process where it forced re-entry of fields unnecessarily and became very annoying.
