Latex balloons need to be 12” or bigger in order to float with Float Magic / High Float, any smaller they will float, however, not for long. With regards the foil balloons inflated, 1 & 3. If they are the small 16” number balloons, they are for air inflation only and will not float. Foil balloons need to be a minimum of 18” to float These details were emailed over to you, within our email exchange on 29/08. We haven't had a reply to our email dated 29/08 at 13:48.
