Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately at the point of order there wasn't any stock left at Ebara for your pumps.
We are upset that you feel that you wasn't kept informed throughout this process, but we did contact you every time we had heard back from Ebara. These pumps did have to come directly from Ebara's warehouse in Italy and this can cause delays with getting information.
I will be looking into our follow up procedures to ensure this does not happen again and that our customers are always kept up to date.
