Interesting variety

I had to phone in vs. on line booking. It took a long time for each entry to process. The agent was extremely informative and helpful.

It was easy to do, all the info is there. If more people would use the website fewer catalogs would be needed, we could save RS a ton of money and save trees too!

They've always done a great job and this is no exception.

Straightforward, clear for booking a trip. Navigating the site to find a trip is not so good, however.
