The website is user friendly. Not being able to make payments on line is not.

Booking is easy. Finding programs is difficult. The search engine you had prior to the present one was much more user friendly.

Improve navigation through simplifying the search engine. Make it easier to browse for a trip on a particular date range. Encourage communication between participants of upcoming trips by going back

The information given about the program appears to be very through and complete. The only improvement would be the payment process.

I didn't sign up for this, my husband did. However, I am gluten free and my dietary restrictions were recognized by the group leader and she made sure my meals were safe for me.

Road Scholar's website includes all the programs available for each area and lists detailed information about each, including how physically demanding the program is. Very helpful!

Easy to navigate. Good search engine. Good explanations of trips

Everything went smoothly. Website was easy to use and answered all the questions I had.

Making the reservation was easy. I'm trying to make the last payment and I see the message that they can't accept payments online. Phone calls usually entail a long wait.
