the old website was much better. search results were more accurate and contained more results. excessive amount of photos on the new website take forever to load and aren't necessary.

The agents that I spoke with were helpful. I have had at least 4 phone conversations in the past 10 days. Each time the agent was thorough and provided appropriate suggestions to assist me.
Phone service was great, but the website failed. I went in to get more information, and the site for trip 20953 was frozen. It did not allow me to expand off the first page.
