Spoke to customer and learned that shirt was returned and a full refund issued. Explained to customer that different brands have slightly different sizing. This polo shirt is described on our website as "These polo shirts come in a slim cut so for a more relaxed fit we recommend going a size up". All sizing and measurements are on our website to help customers choose the correct size. Thanked customer for his feedback and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Rugbystore Team.

Product never arrived, emailed about response and was followed up and told tracking had stopped, still waiting on money back

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately on this occasion we were let down by our delivery partners. As promised, in both emails to you, we had to wait until the delivery partner had classed the package as "missing" before we could claim for the package and issue a full refund. As soon as the package was declared as missing, we issued a full refund the next working day. We then emailed you again to let you know we had issued the full refund. We do apologise but this was outwith our control. Hope to see you again at Rugbystore. Best wishes. Rachel
