When you placed your original order 2 packs arrived damaged, we had these replaced over as you requested, so that you had enough flooring to finish the project.
After this a second order was placed with us for more of the same flooring, I have not had any correspondence to say any of these packs had any issues with this delivery.
As our deliveries are made via courier, damages can happen, although we take every precaution to ensure they don't. We always replace any and all damaged products and would never charge a customer for this service.
