Hi Gillian, unfortunately we do not have our own fleet of transport, and have to pay couriers to make our deliveries possible. Palletized deliveries cost upwards of £70.00 per pallet, and we pay the extra towards this charge. We cannot sell flooring that is not in a complete pack, as we do not open these prior to dispatch and so we were unable to sell you 3 half packs of flooring in this case. Our team are always on hand to help with measurements to ensure you have enough to complete the job, as well as to offer advice on wastage amounts to help avoid these situations. We do hope you love your flooring regardless, and thanks for leaving us feedback.

Hi Lisa, we would have been happy to replace the box, or refund the box had we known it was damaged prior to fitting, but as you had gone ahead and laid it, it left us unable to rectify this for you. We do hope you love the flooring, despite the 2 boards that were affected, and we thank you for leaving us feedback.

Hi Paul, Our confirmation emails are sent directly to the email provided, and as this is an automated email, it normally arrives within 15 mins of placing an order. Sometimes they can be wrongly sorted through to junk or spam due to your email providers filters. Our staff are always on hand to re-send confirmations, and confirm orders if you are still unsure. Regardless, we hope you are loving your flooring.

Hi, the blue plastic on the lips, is the 'Click' system, unfortunately this can sometimes move out of place due to the nature of the product, this can be easily reset by pushing it into the middle of the board before laying, once you hear the 'click', that means the blue plastic has dislodged into the other board, which is how the boards are locked into place. The plastic cannot move after this. A jigsaw, loaded with a new/sharp blade should make cutting the boards down fairly easy. We are glad to hear that you are enjoying the flooring despite the hurdles you had come across while fitting.
