Sorry to hear the delivery was delayed, you are right in saying the couriers do sometimes let us down, unfortunately we have to rely on them, as we do not have our own fleet of transport to go all over the UK. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, we did have a period where the metalised foil was out of stock, our website is not live, so it will allow you to purchase. This is when we would contact you to offer an alternative, or a refund. As this had been refunded it does take around 3- 5 days to show into your account, this is normal banking im afraid we cannot hurry this up. When you called us to change the underlay, your order had already been dispatched, so it would have required another delivery charge, as we do not have our on transport we have to pay a courier to send this, as your floor had already been dispatched. Apologies, hope you managed to source some locally.

Sorry to hear this, did you contact us at all, we would normally replace any goods damaged in transit? The couriers however are delivering pallets of flooring in arctic trucks, so can only go as far as the road will allow them. In future give us a ring, tell us you have a narrow road, we could have requested a smaller vehicle to deliver your goods. Regardless, i hope you love your new floor
