Thank you for your feedback. Due to us not having our own fleet of transport, we need to rely on couriers. This is often up to double the charge we take as part payment from our customers. We do not profit at all from the delivery charge. I hope it hasn't put you off at all, and that you are delighted with your new floor.

Very rarely do we have any issues with our solid wood, as you will see from any previous reviews. When you contacted us, you already had noticed the fault and carried on laying the floor. You had laid 41/44 packs before contacting us. If there is an issue, call us, we will advise you to to stop, and swap over any flooring once we establish what the fault is. Once you decided to carry on you removed the opportunity for us to resolve the problem. However thank you for feedback.

Hi Donna, Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into your order that was placed on 22nd Feb, we had called to inform you the Trend Oak Grey floor would be back in stock a few days later. On the 26th Feb we dispatched your goods, and you refused the delivery claiming it was the wrong floor. Upon inspection once we got it back to our depot, it was in fact the correct floor, you just did not like the colour. We then refunded your order minus the delivery charge. Not sure if you are getting us mixed up with another company?

Thank you for your feedback. We take our delivery charge of £35.99 as a part payment for the delivery, and it is often more than double or more. As we do not have our own fleet of transport, we do not profit from the charge at all, just try and keep it as fair as we can with everyone paying the same charge. If in future you need help with measuring, sizes etc, please do not hesitate to call, where the staff will be more than willing to help out with this. As you said this can be expensive to return. Hope you love your new floor, and would love to see some pictures or the finished result.
