Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately if mis calculation of flooring occurs and you find out you are short, if the goods have been sent, then the order is classed as a new order. If you had added this to your original order, the bulk discount would apply.
Almost a month after the first purchase, the second order came through for your extra 5 packs, so this is a separate order altogether.
Delivery charges are £35.99, we do not have a higher price unless you would choose a Saturday which is £69.99.
