Thank you for your review. You are welcome to return any surplus unopened stock to us with in 30 days for purchase. To return goods this would be to your cost. These would be checked over and refunded to your original method of payment. Hope this helps

Sorry to hear this. This product is called Star Stone Black, it can look more charcoal grey. We always recommend ordering a sample before placing an order. The colour likeness of products in the images on this site may vary due to limitations of camera settings, lighting, browser software and monitor/screen settings.
