Only spoke to customer services a few times, whilst polite they were unwilling to do partial refund on deliver despite being 4 days late and booking time off work to fit

Sorry to hear this, unfortunately we do not profit from the carrier charges, and often add to it, so we are unable to partially refund. Regardless i hope you love your new floor, and i certainly will feed this back.

Unfortunately we do not profit from the delivery, and often costs more than the £35.99, which we take the hit for, so everyone pays the same. Regardless i hope you are enjoying your new floor!
