Sorry to hear this. The moon slate was dispatched on time to get to you on your chosen delivery date. Unfortunately in this case it was the courier who had let you down, and failed to update you. Really quick and efficient. Polite and considerate in the call explaining a delay. Allowing me to arrange a new delivery day suitable for me. The product looks perfect too.
