Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately at the moment we are receiving price increases from our suppliers almost daily. We have absorbed many of them to prevent putting prices up as much as possible, however we have not been able to absorb them all. As always, we are continuously reviewing these prices to ensure we are still very competitive. Thanks again, I hope this helps and I hope we can work together again soon x

The processing of order and preparation for sending out was too slow. We need next day delivery or 2 days at the most.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see your order was placed on Sunday before a bank holiday Monday when we were closed, and also during the bank holiday weekend promotion meaning that orders can take a little longer for dispatch due to a higher influx of orders.
