I am sorry we didnt meet your expectations. The water pressure issue we understand was a temporary fault in the entire village through one iof the pumping stations going down,which was rectified as soon as possible. I was surprised with your negative feedback about our instructor team, since they do work very hard and generally receive really good feedback from guests.

Old sails will be spare sails whilst regular sails are repaired. The equipment does take some punishment at this time of year with beginners and less experienced sailors in the majority. W"e have in fact just shipped out more new sails this week, because of this.

Clearly August is favourite with families due to school hols. The atmosphere and dynamic of the Beach Club is very different from the end of August. As for value for money, I have to disaggree with you there. I am sure many of our regulars would agree with me that we offer great VFM.

The lead crew were brilliant but the boat was getting tired. We do not expect everything to be perfect but the toilets were a constant source of trouble and the instrument electrics needed attention.
