Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry that UPS lost your package. Carriers have been extremely overwhelmed, balancing COVID and holiday shipments. We’ve experienced several packages delayed and/or lost as a result. Once we were notified that your package was lost, we filed a claim immediately and reshipped your order at no additional charge. As of now, your replacement package is expected to be delivered tomorrow (12/18/20) Tracking #1Z0111X20344768798. We will be monitoring this to make sure it is delivered.Thank you again, and happy holidays to you and the Access team!

Our records indicate that an email was sent to you on Friday, November 27th, to notify you of the backorder. We asked if you would like to keep this item on backorder, cancel the order, or if you would like to substitute it out for a different product. We did not receive a reply from you, but we would be delighted to clear this up for you now. Unfortunately, we still do not have CaviWipes in stock, however we do have CaviWipes1. My apologies, Tina. In your comment, you mentioned "CaviWipes", but I see you actually ordered CaviWipes1, which we do not have those in stock.
