We are trying to update our website as quickly as possible when exhausting a product, but I realize some orders may be received before this update is made. I will continue to look for ways to improve our processes.This is not an excuse, but please understand that due to the current situation with COVID-19, nitrile gloves have now replaced the face mask as the most “in demand” medical product. Not only are we having a difficult time keeping enough product available for as many customers as possible, but our glove cost changes daily and unfortunately at a much higher price than we normally pay. In order to help with demand, we have also been purchasing gloves from a variety of new sources. We have yet to raise any customer price unless our supplier initiated a price increase. We will eventually receive and ship the glove you ordered at the same price you expected.I hope your experience will not discourage you from ordering from SME in the future.
