I can see that the Claims Concierge was correct in advising we do not have a general contractor in your area and it wasn't until the Technical Team reviewed your claim once the quote was received that our specialist was consulted. We have queried with our contractor and they have advised that the extension lead was accidentally missed when loading their van in the morning and our contractor would be happy to reimburse you for the electricity and water consumption, should you wish.
