TBRN were really good in contacting me after the retailer had agreed to repair the damage caused by a bad delivery. They text as well as call, and update on progress regularly.

Very helpful call handlers, despite a little mix up by 2 different handlers the claim was dealt with in a fairly speedy manner considering the UK was being bombarded by fierce storms.
