For external works and perhaps more specifically, claims relating to damaged grass, it is common for contractors to visit to assess the damage when they are in your local area as appointments aren’t often necessary, however we are sorry you were not informed about this visit. Additionally, please note that reseeding grass cannot be completed whilst there is any risk of frost, which can inevitably delay claims.
