The new keys arrived the next day and the service was brilliant, there was an issue with the number that Abus supplied them and when I told them and supplied pictures of my original keys they replaced

the lock came reversed, which isn't hard to do yourself, but there was no reversed staple to cover the bolt. my door frame is too narrow to have a box cut into it.
