Overall OK First payment went wrong somehow. Not clear upfront that you can select your seats Theatreplan is very difficult to read

Excellence service. Web site easy to follow to order tickets. Tickets arrived the next day

Initial transaction declined but unable to book my first choice on subsequent purchase. A bit bemused by instruction to collect tickets despite being charged shipping.

Two comments First try failed "cart mismatch", second try card rejected, 3rd try worked On holiday so no printer available so can't bring printed copy to pick up tickets.

I thought it was a good website just hoping my tickets reach me before Christmas
